Job summary

STILL Material Handling is a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, seeking a Dealer Manager in the UK. You will act as an ambassador for STILL UK, driving performance across our dealer network and aligning with senior leadership on annual targets and market expansion.

You will analyze dealer performance, support negotiations, and develop training, tools, and processes to improve sales, service, and intralogistics offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer network management and channel sales.
• Ability to set annual dealer targets and monitor performance.
• Strong analytical skills for market and pricing analyses.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of STILL product and services portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dealer network to achieve annual targets and growth.
• Develop training plans for dealer teams on products and tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to define market strategies and priorities.
• Forecast pipeline, analyze market share and negotiation outcomes.
• Ensure compliance, QHSE, and proper deal governance.
• Support tenders, customer visits, and promotional campaigns.
