Job summary

STILL Material Handling in the UK seeks a Dealer Manager to drive performance across the dealer network. You will shape strategy, set annual targets with the senior leadership team, and ensure alignment on market share and brand commitments.

Expect to lead training, tender support, and critical negotiations to expand our truck, service, and intralogistics offerings. You will analyse deal structures, forecast pipeline, and work across functions to sustain excellence in value delivery while

Responsibilities

• Define annual targets for the Dealer network with the SLT.
• Develop the business for new truck sales, service, STR and used trucks.
• Support dealer network with tenders and negotiations.
• Lead training for the Dealer team on product/portfolio and HQ/UK processes.
• Pipeline management and forecasting; ensure compliant operations.
