Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking an energized customer services advisor to support dealer finance workflows. You will respond to dealer enquiries by phone, enter data into internal systems with high accuracy, and validate documentation to authorise payments to dealers.

The role requires PC literacy, strong communication, and the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible pattern including evenings and some bank holidays.

Qualifications

Full PC literacy essential.
Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable.
Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
Able to cope with pressure, meet deadlines and work a flexible pattern including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Responsibilities

Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
Entering/handling customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy.
Validating customer documentation and authorising appropriate payments to the dealer.
Maintaining understanding of FCA regulations to fulfil the role.
Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
