Zusammenfassung

VWFS UK is seeking a customer-focused advisor to handle dealer enquiries mainly by phone and to process customer and dealer data with high speed and accuracy. You will validate documentation, authorise payments to dealers, and work closely with Customer Services while maintaining up-to-date FCA knowledge.

Role requires full PC literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to cope with pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Full PC literacy essential
• Experience in a customer service centre, call centre or finance company is desirable
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable
• Able to cope with pressure, meet deadlines and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Aufgaben

• Responding to dealer enquiries mainly by phone.
• Entering/handling customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Validating customer documentation with proposal details and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
• Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintaining knowledge of FCA regulations to fulfill the role.
