VWFS UK is seeking a diligent customer service professional to process dealer finance documents and respond to enquiries. You will verify proposal details, authorise payments to dealers, and maintain compliant processes across internal systems.

The role requires strong communication with dealers, accurate data handling, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a busy environment. A focus on FCA regulations and customer service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a customer service centre, call centre or finance company is desirable.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus is essential and a friendly manner at all times.
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
• Able to cope with pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible pattern including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
• Entering and handling customer and dealer data with speed and accuracy in internal systems.
• Validating customer documentation with proposal details and authorising payments to dealers.
• Liaising with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintaining knowledge of FCA regulations to fulfil the role.
