Zusammenfassung

VWFS UK is seeking a customer service/finance administrator to process dealer finance documents and handle dealer and customer enquiries, primarily by phone. You will verify details, authorize payments, and ensure fast payouts to dealers while maintaining compliance with processing guidelines.

The role requires excellent communication, data-entry accuracy, familiarity with FCA regulations, and the ability to work under pressure with occasional evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifikationen

• PC literacy essential
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Experience in customer service or finance desirable
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act desirable
• Customer-focused and able to stay calm under pressure
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes
• Flexible working pattern including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays

Aufgaben

• Respond to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone
• Enter/handle customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details and authorise appropriate payment to the dealer
• Liaise with other business areas including Customer Services
• Maintain knowledge of FCA regulations to fulfil the role
• Process finance documents for VW Group dealers/retailers and ensure speedy payout
