Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a customer service advisor to handle dealer enquiries, mainly by phone, and process finance documents with speed and accuracy. You will enter and verify data in internal systems, validate documentation, and liaise with Customer Services to ensure swift payouts to dealers while maintaining compliance with FCA regulations.

A strong service mindset and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience desirable.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act desirable.
• Strong customer service focus essential and a customer-friendly manner.
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer enquiries by phone with speed and accuracy.
• Enter and handle customer and dealer data in internal systems following procedures.
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details and authorize appropriate payments to dealers.
• Maintain liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Keep up-to-date with FCA regulations to fulfill the role.
