Job summary

NG Bailey Group & Central in Leeds is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join our hybrid working team. You will maintain, enhance and optimise our Dayforce environment, support colleagues across the business and contribute to system improvements, data quality initiatives and projects.

We welcome candidates with Dayforce experience or related HRIS skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or analysing HR, Payroll or People systems, ideally Dayforce.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Dayforce, resolving system issues and managing user queries.
• Manage support tickets and troubleshoot system issues to identify effective solutions.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing and implementation activities.
• Help define and deliver the work pipeline aligned to the Dayforce roadmap.
• Maintain system security, user access, documentation and data integrity.
• Manage data imports, exports and validation activities.
• Support projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with HR, Payroll, IT and third-party suppliers to deliver an effective systems service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, data governance and legislation.
