Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Dayforce specialist to lead cross-functional Dayforce initiatives within a global payroll and workforce management practice. The role sits between technology, consulting and client delivery, acting as the senior SME across complex transformation programmes.

You will oversee the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support, shaping direction for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A track record of leading complex Dayforce implementations
• Experience in roles such as Solution Owner, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Business Analyst or Solution Oversight Lead
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical detail into clear strategic guidance
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
• Consulting or professional services experience would be advantageous

We are supporting a leading global professional services organisation looking to appoint a senior Dayforce specialist within its rapidly growing Payroll & Workforce Management practice.

This is a broad solution leadership role sitting between technology, consulting and client delivery. You'll act as the senior Dayforce SME across complex transformation programmes, shaping the overall solution and guiding both clients and internal project teams.

You'll oversee the full solution lifecycle - from requirements gathering and gap analysis through to solution design, configuration, integrations, deployment and post-implementation support.
