Job summary

Soho House is seeking an HR Systems Manager to own Dayforce UK across HR, payroll, and time & attendance. You will configure, audit, and optimise Dayforce to support UK legislation and accurate people data for House and support offices.

You will drive data reporting for P&D leadership and Finance, manage UK GDPR controls, and partner with Reward, Compliance, and IT to deliver compliant, auditable HR systems changes.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Dayforce (or similar HCM/payroll platform) in a multi-site UK business.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll fundamentals and core employment legislation.
• Ability to manage system upgrades, UAT cycles and stakeholder training for non-technical users.
• Confident in building reports and translating data into insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as UK system owner and Dayforce administrator across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management and Analytics.
• Lead Dayforce release cycles, plan UAT, and coordinate go-live communications.
• Maintain data integrity with audits and a single source of truth for UK employee data.
• Manage Dayforce support relationships and ticket resolution.
