Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a People Operations Support professional to optimise Dayforce HRIS and related People systems and processes from Stone HQ, Stafford. You’ll move beyond administration to turn data into insights and improve the employee experience.

• Analyse People data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards and workforce insights.
• Support system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement.
• Review lifecycle processes and automate where possible.
• Map and document People processes for operational excellence.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance and quality employee records.
• Collaborate with managers to improve employee experience through systems.
