Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join the Day team at Woodland View Lodge, Exeter. The role carries responsibility for medication management, care plan reviews, and mentoring junior staff. You will work a permanent three-on, three-off rolling rota with 08:00–20:00 days, averaging about 42 hours per week.

The position pays £15.46 per hour and requires NVQ Level 2. We offer a comprehensive induction, Blue Light Card, Enhanced DBS, referral bonus, provided

Qualifications

• Managing and administering medication according to care plans.
• Reviewing and updating resident care plans.
• Mentoring less experienced staff and leading by example.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest level of personal care following individual care plans.
• Act as key worker for a named group of residents.
• Understand Health & Safety, COSHH, and Health & Social Care Act for a safe home.
• Liaise with other care professionals about residents' needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information.
• Make and change beds, tidy rooms, and assist with light cleaning.
• Help serve meals and assist residents during eating.
