Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering high-level personal care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level personal care to residents per care plans.
• Manage and administer medication following policies.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support care team.
• Maintain resident records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with care professionals to meet residents’ needs.
