Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in care.
• Experience as a care assistant preferred.
• Ability to manage medication under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level personal care following individual care plans.
• Liaise with other care professionals regarding residents’ needs.
• Mentor less experienced staff and maintain records on residents’ wellbeing.
• Assist with medication administration and daily home duties.
