Riverside is seeking a Day Concierge & Security Assistant based at Newstead House in Derby. This permanent role is 30 hours per week, with shifts on Thursdays to Sundays from 7.30am to 3.30pm.

You will deliver high-quality concierge and security services across a defined area and support Riverside customers. The role requires customer-focused experience and IT literacy with basic Word/Excel skills; full training on Riverside IT systems will be provided.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; willingness to learn IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as initial point of reference on the phone or in a reception area.
• Monitor access to schemes and visitors.
• Implement night security systems and ensure safety of the scheme.
• Report faults and incidents as discovered.
• Carry out cleaning of communal areas to a high standard.
• Record information accurately and maintain logs.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Work within a rota system and multi-disciplinary team.
