Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Day Concierge & Security Assistant to provide customer-focused service across a defined area. The role involves front-line customer support, welcoming residents and visitors, and ensuring safety and a clean environment across our sites in the region.

Working pattern is Thursday to Sunday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with a total of 30 hours per week. The position offers development opportunities and a supportive team within a housing association committed to inclusive employment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
• Demonstrate IT skills including Word and Excel, and willingness to learn Riverside IT systems.

Job Title: Day Concierge & Security Assistant

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Working Pattern: Thursday 7.30am - 3.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm, Saturday 7.30am - 3.30pm, Sunday 7.30am - 3.30pm.

The Concierge and Security Assistant will work across a defined geographical area delivering a high quality service to Riverside Customers.

About you

• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• To demonstrate IT Skills to include a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside; and complete relevant IT training where required.
