Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Night Assistant in Liverpool to deliver security, safety and customer support during night shifts. You will operate and monitor night security, fire and telephone systems, clean communal areas, and conduct regular property checks to report issues.

The role requires experience with vulnerable groups, lone night work, and strong IT skills. You will work as part of a supportive team to ensure residents feel safe and cared for at night.

Qualifications

• Understand barriers faced by vulnerable groups.
• Experience lone night working.
• Experience working in a team.
• Basic IT skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate night security and fire alarm systems to protect safety.
• Monitor visitors and ensure security during night hours.
• Provide reception and tenancy support services.
• Complete property checks and report repairs or maintenance.
• Keep logs and records accurate.
