Job summary

Riverside Housing in Guildford is seeking a dedicated Night Assistant for the No5 Homeless Hub at 3-5 York Rd, Guildford, GU1 4DR. You will cover a 8pm–8am rota, 37.5 hours per week, on a 4 nights on/4 nights off basis, ensuring safety, security and high-quality service.

The role requires experience with vulnerable client groups, lone-night work ability, and basic IT skills (Word/Excel) with willingness to learn Riverside systems. A supportive team and employer benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor night security, fire and telephone systems.
• Maintain safety, security and service delivery for customers.
• Clean rooms and communal areas as required.
• Report repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
