Riverside Group is seeking a Night Assistant in Guildford to cover 8pm–8am, 4 nights on/4 nights off, at No5 Homeless Hub. You will help ensure safety, security and high-quality service while working within a committed team.

The role requires experience with vulnerable client groups, ability to lone work at night, and basic IT skills (Word/Excel) with willingness to learn Riverside IT systems. No relocation promised.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• Experience of lone night work.
• It skills including Word and Excel; willingness to learn Riverside IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Operate and implement night security and fire/telephone systems.
• Contribute to safety and safeguarding of customers.
• Clean rooms and communal areas as required.
• Provide reception and tenancy support to customers.
• Accurately record logs/reports and report repairs or maintenance issues.
