Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Night Assistant in Guildford to join a dedicated team. You will work 8pm–8am on a 4 nights on/4 nights off pattern, ensuring safety, security, and quality service for residents. You will operate and monitor night systems, report issues, and assist with tenancy-related duties.

The role requires experience with vulnerable client groups, ability to lone work at night, and IT skills (Word/Excel). A positive team player with reliable communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• Ability to lone work at night.
• Basic IT skills, including Word and Excel, and willingness to learn Riverside IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor night security and fire systems to ensure safety.
• Support residents and deliver high-quality service during night hours.
• Maintain reception area and log reports, repairs, and maintenance needs.
