Job summary

Riverside in London is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver end-to-end sales processing within our Home Ownership team. You will handle resales, stair casing, lease assignments, re-mortgages, re-possessions and lease extensions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You will join a collaborative Sales & Marketing community, working in a hybrid pattern with Monday to Friday hours.

• Proven track record of sales processing within housing sector.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure delivering to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
• Results driven with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Working Pattern:Monday to Friday, Hybrid

Location: London

Actively participate in the Sales and Marketing Community to ensure a joined up approach to sales processing activity across the Group.
