At St Elizabeth's, no two people are the same - and that's what makes working here so rewarding.

You'll get to know the people you support, understand what matters to them and help create opportunities for them to try new things, build confidence, develop independence and enjoy life on their own terms.

It's about more than care. It's about connection, choice, confidence and making everday count

You'll be part of our vibrant Community Hub, supporting adults with complex learning and medical needs to enjoy meaningful, fulfilling and fun-filled days.

That could mean helping someone discover a new activity, supporting them on a outing, developing a new skill, encouraging communication, helping them make choices or simply sharing a moment doing something they love.

The small moments can make the biggest difference

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Day Care Support Workers to join our growing Community Hub team.

Whether you're already experienced in care and support or looking to take your first steps into a rewarding career, this is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support.

Working alongside colleagues, families, therapists and other professionals, you'll provide person-centred support that helps adults enjoy their time at our day care service, develop their independence and take part in the things that matter to them.

Every day will be different.

You might be supporting someone to take part in an activity, enjoying an outing together, helping someone learn a new skill, supporting their communication or providing personal care with dignity and respect.

You'll help create a safe, welcoming and joyful environment where people feel valued, listened to and empowered to make choices about their own lives.

And you'll see first‑hand howthe little things can become big achievements.

  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or incidents appropriately
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
What we’re looking for

You’re someone who is kind, patient, positive and genuinely passionate about helping people get the most out of life.

You don't need to have worked in care before –the right attitude, values and willingness to learn are just as important.

  • Experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, patient, and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team
What we offer

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • 23 days’ holiday + bank holidays
  • Opportunities to complete recognised qualifications in Health & Social Care
