Job summary

Roseberry Care Centres is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant at Norbury Court in Sheffield. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support residents to promote independence and quality of life in a compassionate environment.

The role involves working 33 hours per week with days and alternate weekends, offering training and career development within a supportive team across multiple homes.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care preferred.
• Experience in care environment preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy required.

Location: Norbury Court, Devon Road off Barnsley Road Sheffield S4 7AJ
Salary: £12.71 Per Hour
Hours: 33 Hours Per Week Days and Alternate Weekends

Requirements

• Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Care although this is not essential
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
