Roseberry Care Centres is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Chapel Lodge in Sheffield. You will provide hands-on support to residents and lead junior care staff within the local care home, delivering high standards of person-centred care.

Role involves supervising care teams, maintaining dignity and independence for residents, and monitoring conditions with escalation to nursing staff as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Senior Carer or similar role in a care home environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and mentor others.
• A genuine passion for elderly care and team development.
