Job summary

InspireXT Consulting Ltd seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its Databricks practice across the UK. You will build strategic partnerships, drive joint GTM initiatives and generate new consulting opportunities with Databricks and client stakeholders.

You will collaborate with marketing, delivery teams and Databricks account teams to accelerate pipeline, engage C-level decision-makers and shape a rapid growth trajectory for a data & AI consulting practice in a hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, alliance management, technology sales, or partner management.
• Experience developing relationships within technology partner ecosystems.
• Experience supporting demand generation and pipeline development activities.
• Understanding of Data, Analytics, Cloud Platforms and AI technologies.
• Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
• Strong networking, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Databricks Alliance Development: build strong relationships with Databricks teams across UK/EMEA and create joint account plans.
• Go-To-Market & Demand Generation: run joint campaigns with Databricks and develop supporting collateral.
• New Business Development: identify prospects, build relationships and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Sales Support & Opportunity Development: assist in meetings, demos, proposals and lifecycle support.
