Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Data Quality Coordinator to support data quality in the NIHR Clinical Research Facility. You will train users, manage data, and assist with new system deployments within a busy NHS research environment.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum A level or equivalent in Maths, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience using CRFManager® or similar in-house software.
• Experience in NHS research settings is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel for data management and analysis.
• Experience delivering systems training to end users.
• Experience handling study documentation and data management.
• Able to provide frontline user support and work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to the Southampton NIHR Clinical Research Facility.
• Provide data management and systems training support.
• Assist the CRF Systems Analyst with development and deployment of new systems.
• Provide administrative support and maintain confidentiality.
