Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust in Carlisle is seeking a Data Quality Facilitator to join the Data Quality Team and support the delivery of the trust's digital strategy. The role focuses on ensuring high data quality across digital systems and supporting clinicians and managers in best practices.

The post involves data quality checks, KPI reporting, training, and developing tools and dashboards to monitor and improve data quality within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data quality and information management through degree or equivalent.
• Two years in information management, health records, data quality or governance.
• Experience creating presentations and training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out appraisals and cover for holidays.
• Train new Data Quality staff and update guidance.
• Run data quality checks and audits on clinical data.
• Produce data quality reports and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards to measure data quality.
• Support staff in using systems and tools.
