HealthHarmonie, part of Medinet Group, is seeking a Data Quality Administrator Team Lead in a hybrid role based near Sutton Coldfield. You will lead the Data Quality team, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and drive improvements across clinical and operational systems.
You will collaborate with operational managers, monitor performance against KPIs, and develop team members while ensuring GDPR and NHS data standards are met. This role supports 7-day service operations with a flexible schedule.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office) - Sutton Coldfield
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with flexibility to support 7-day service operations)

As the Data Quality Administrator Team Lead, you will lead and support the Data Quality team, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across the organisation. You will oversee the team's day-to-day activities, monitor performance, provide coaching and development, and ensure data quality processes are consistently followed.
Working closely with operational managers and internal stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify trends, resolve complex data quality issues, and ensure the team delivers accurate and timely data to support patient care and business operations.
