Job summary

RNIB is seeking an Insight Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight across our services, customer experience and income generation activities. You’ll analyse trends, produce management information and support evidence-based decision making.

You’ll use SQL and Excel alongside reporting tools such as R, Python, SPSS/SAS, FastStats or Crystal Reports, collaborating with colleagues and external suppliers to unlock value from our data and improve decision making across the charity.

Qualifications

• Experience using databases to analyse data and produce reports, insight and MI.
• Ability to turn data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences.
• Strong experience in data protection and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer and supporter data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Produce reports and MI to support projects and decision making.
• Explore value drivers like lifetime value and customer journeys.
• Present complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with RNIB colleagues and external suppliers on data needs.
