The AA is seeking an Insight Analyst in Basingstoke to turn complex data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions across the group. The role combines SQL and Python or R with strong stakeholder engagement to shape customer experience and commercial performance.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders directly to understand requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and modeling.
• Clear communication of analytical findings to varied audiences.
• Collaborative work with analytics teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on analysis using SQL and Python or R on large datasets.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate questions into analysis.
• Interpret findings and present evidence-based recommendations for performance improvements.
• Apply exploratory data analysis and foundational modelling techniques.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, data scientists, BI developers and data engineers.
• Own analytical deliverables and maintain documentation.
