Job summary

GreenSquareAccord Limited is seeking a BI professional to design, build and improve the business intelligence capability that underpins service delivery and performance. You’ll translate business needs into durable data models and reporting solutions for operational teams and senior leaders.

You’ll design data pipelines, dashboards and data models, ensure data quality, and collaborate with data, IT and operations to deliver insights that inform decisions and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and data transformations to ensure consistent, trusted reporting.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting that bring clarity to performance, quality and outcomes.
• Build and optimise data models to support scalable analytics.
• Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring and practical improvements to reduce errors.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define measures/metrics and improve decision‑making.
• Document solutions so reports and data products are understood and easy to use.
• Troubleshoot and improve reporting performance, reliability and usability.
• Support governance by adhering to data standards, permissions and safe handling practices
