Job summary

Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness, is seeking a Data Insight Analyst in our London office with flexible hybrid working. You will transform data into meaningful insights, build datasets with SQL, and create Power BI dashboards to support decision making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant analytical experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience creating dashboards to track metrics using Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with non-technical audiences.
• Experience with charity service delivery, fundraising, public engagement and impact evaluation.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Dynamics, customer analysis, digital analytics, Python or data science would be advantageous.
