Job summary

The AA in London is seeking an Insight Analyst to turn complex data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions, customer experience and commercial performance across the organisation. This hands-on role combines SQL and Python or R with strong stakeholder engagement, translating questions into structured analysis and delivering evidence-based recommendations.

You'll work with data scientists, BI specialists and senior analysts on analytical projects and data products,

Qualifications

• Strong SQL capabilities for extracting and analyzing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into analyses.
• Track record of using data to drive business decisions and outcomes.
• Understanding of statistical techniques and basic modelling approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on analysis using SQL and Python or R to uncover trends and opportunities.
