Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce optimisation across our care homes, ensuring colleagues are deployed effectively, safely and sustainably.
• Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, turning insight into practical recommendations and action plan.
• Develop and improve workforce planning strategies, ensuring staffing models align with the needs of the people we support, regulatory requirements and operational priorities.
• Drive performance and efficiency improvements, reducing reliance on temporary staffing and supporting better workforce forecasting and budget management.
• Build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, HR and Recruitment, leading a joined-up approach to workforce planning.
