Job summary

Medinet Group is seeking a Head of Workforce to lead strategic and operational workforce functions across Minds and Community services in the UK. You will own modelling, demand and capacity planning, and rollout of workforce systems to drive scalable, data‑driven care while supporting growth plans.

You will lead the Clinical Liaison and Scheduling teams, shape workforce strategy with Transformation, and ensure governance, compliance and payroll data integrity across all services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading workforce planning, strategy or resource management in healthcare or complex services.
• Extensive experience in workforce demand and capacity modelling.
• Track record supporting organisational growth, transformation or service redesign.
• Experience implementing workforce systems or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence operating at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce modelling, demand and capacity planning across services.
• Lead rollout of workforce systems to enable scalable, data-driven operations.
• Shape workforce strategy to align with new service developments and pathways.
• Lead the Workforce, Scheduling and Clinical Liaison teams.
• Provide strategic oversight of deployment, rota design and resource planning.
• Develop workforce performance frameworks and KPIs; ensure data integrity.
