As Workforce Planning and Optimisation Manager, you'll use data-driven insights to ensure our homes have the right colleagues, with the right skills, at the right time, enabling teams to deliver exceptional care and support.
Working closely with leaders across Operations, Finance, HR and Recruitment, you'll identify opportunities to improve workforce deployment, drive operational performance and create lasting improvements that benefit both colleagues and the people we support.
