Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Data and Performance Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis. You will ensure high-quality, timely data to support strategic decisions and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Experience working with KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks.
• Proficiency in reporting tools including Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience of MAS.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive data quality improvements across the contract.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between client and internal data sources.
• Support governance processes and promote accountability for data accuracy.
• Analyse performance against agreed KPIs and performance measures.
• Translate complex data into meaningful trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Challenge operational teams on performance where required and support continuous improvement.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders regarding performance, reporting, and data analysis.
• Support the development of reporting capability, KPI automation, and reporting system assurance using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
