VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking a Performance Manager in Salisbury. The role focuses on analysing performance data to improve service delivery on a high-profile hard FM contract.

You’ll own contract performance, identify risks and drive improvements across the operation, reporting to the Operations Director. You will develop data-led strategies, turn insights into action, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure KPIs, SLAs and governance

Qualifications

• Analytical and commercially aware performance professional with KPI management experience.
• Experience using CAFM systems and BI tools to drive improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyse performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and execute data-led improvement strategies for the contract.
• Create and maintain dashboards and governance processes with BI tools.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Service teams to ensure data integrity.
