Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland seeks an Asset Performance Manager (Fixed-Term, 15 months) to ensure accurate asset and configuration data supporting operational performance and contractual reporting. The role combines analytics, lifecycle management and governance across multiple data sources.

Expect to drive data quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous service improvement within a large transport and infrastructure programme.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Asset Management, Asset Performance Management or Engineering Management within a complex operational environment.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting or asset/configuration management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of databases, CMDBs or similar systems.
• Experience with SLAs or contractual reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver contractual, operational and ad hoc performance reports, providing analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Analyse asset, service and operational data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of asset and configuration management databases (CMDBs), ensuring information is current and reliable.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers as required.
• Support asset lifecycle activities, including stock control, deployments, audits, relocations and disposals.
• Facilitate performance reviews and stakeholder meetings, documenting actions and supporting service improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain procedures, reports and documentation to support operational and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate across operational, service management and customer-facing teams to ensure effective data management, reporting and decision-making.
