Job summary

Hft is seeking a Data, Performance and Insights Lead to join the IT and Systems team. You will turn complex data into clear insights, develop organisational dashboards, and provide performance reporting for leadership.

You will work with multiple business systems, shape data-informed culture, and support evidence-based decisions across the organisation. This role is a remote (UK)/home-based fixed-term contract with potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and producing interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and performance insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data, performance and insight capabilities across strategic and operational areas.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting for different audiences.
• Create clear reporting for the Executive Team and Board of Trustees.
• Gather data from multiple systems to provide organisation-wide insight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance and GDPR compliant reporting.
