Job summary

VIVO Defence Services in Salisbury is seeking a Performance Manager to monitor and improve the contract performance for a high-profile hard FM contract. You will own performance data, identify trends and risks, and drive data-led improvements across operations, scheduling, compliance and quality teams.

You will develop dashboards, reports and governance processes, ensuring accurate data informs senior decisions.

Qualifications

• Analytical and commercially aware KPI management within a facilities management contract environment.
• Ability to interrogate complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Experience with CAFM systems and business intelligence tools to develop reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse performance data for the Salisbury hard FM contract.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive root-cause analysis.
• Develop data-led improvement strategies and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and governance reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate performance reporting and ensure timely information to customers.
