Job summary

IMSERV EUROPE LIMITED is seeking a Performance Optimisation Manager to define and deliver the operational performance strategy across Field Operations. You will drive improvements in productivity, customer experience, and efficiency while partnering with leaders to convert objectives into measurable results.

By leveraging data-driven decision making, you will identify opportunities to enhance performance and remove barriers to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operational performance management or transformation.
• Proven ability to develop and implement performance strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability translating data into strategic insights.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional improvement programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership.
• Experience developing performance frameworks, KPIs and governance.
• Strong commercial awareness around performance drivers.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the implementation of the operational performance strategy across Field Operations.
• Translate strategic goals into measurable performance frameworks, targets, and improvement programmes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, service delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Champion a culture of performance ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead development of performance reporting, dashboards and MI.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Identify root causes of underperformance through data analysis.
• Maintain data governance for accuracy and reliability of information.
• Lead cross-organisational continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Identify ways to simplify processes, reduce waste and improve end-to-end service performance.
• Quantify, monitor and report benefits from improvement initiatives.
• Lead workforce productivity analysis to support planning decisions.
