Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Data and Comms sector in West London. This office-based role offers £40,000–£45,000 base with an OTE of £80,000, plus uncapped commission, a performance bonus and industry training.

Qualifications

• Experience in data and comms or related sales background.
• Proven ability to build sales pipelines and convert opportunities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Generating new sales opportunities and building a sales pipeline.
• Managing inbound enquiries and converting leads into quotes.
• Meeting clients on site or remotely to understand requirements.
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
• Building relationships with clients, consultants and site teams.
