Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager (Satellite and Aerial) based in Perivale, West London. The role offers £40,000–£45,000 base with uncapped commission and a strong OTE of £80,000, plus a Birthday Annual Leave Day, progression to Sales Director and industry training.

You will generate new enquiries, build a sales pipeline, and convert opportunities to orders, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in Satellite/Aerial or related tech.
• Strong pipeline development and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into quotes.
• Meet clients on site or remotely to understand requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers and use CRM effectively.
