Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Perivale, West London is seeking a Business Development Manager with a background in Satellite, Aerial, Smart home systems or Audio Visual to drive growth and develop the career path toward Sales Director. You will generate new enquiries, build a sales pipeline and convert opportunities to orders, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role offers a base salary of £40,000–£45,000 with OTE £80,000, uncapped commission, a birthday leave day, industry training

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within Satellite, Aerial, Smart home or Audio Visual industries.
• Willingness to travel or meet on-site as required.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and close orders.

Responsibilities

• Generating new sales opportunities and building a sales pipeline
• Managing inbound enquiries and converting leads into quotes
• Meeting clients on site or remotely to understand requirements
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
• Using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines
• Building relationships with clients, consultants and site teams
