Job summary

Lead a team of engineers, plan maintenance and upgrades, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with facilities, IT operations, and security to optimise centre performance.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in data centre operations or a similar critical infrastructure environment.
• Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, security, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance and upgrades of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime.
