Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technical Services Lead in London to bridge elite engineering and leadership.

You will split time between strategic team leadership and technical, high-availability site precision, mentoring engineers and driving safety-focused operations. The role requires a strong foundation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, with relevant trade qualifications and experience in high‑availability environments such as data centres or banks.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with trade qualifications.
• Qualified as Authorised/Competent Person or having held that status for critical services.
• Proven track record managing multi‑skilled engineering teams in high‑availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of engineers with performance reviews and development plans.
• Oversee Safe System of Work processes, plant rooms, and complex operations within Change Control.
• Manage relationships with Specialist Subcontractors, review RAMS, and sign off on worksheets.
