Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Services & Compliance Manager in London to lead the data centre engineering team, ensuring 100% uptime and compliance with critical environment standards. The role acts as senior technical authority for HV/LV systems, coordinating with client teams and subcontractors while driving safety and reliability.

You will develop the engineering team, manage incident reviews, contribute to risk management, and support business continuity for the London contract.

Qualifications

• HV/AP qualifications and leadership in critical environments.
• Experience as HV/LV Authorised Person preferred.
• Strong electrical knowledge and compliance with 18th Edition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of data centre critical infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the engineering team to ensure uptime and safety.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE CERMTM procedures and client risk framework.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and client teams to deliver high standards.
