CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in London seeks a Technical Contract Manager to oversee maintenance operations and supervise engineering resources. You will lead change management, safety programs, and reliability initiatives for a data centre environment.

The role requires strong technical governance, client liaison, and the ability to standardise procedures across CBRE’s critical infrastructure portfolio. On‑site presence and broad collaboration with CBRE teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and line management of engineering staff.
• Oversee Change Management and Quality Control for critical environments.
• Liaison with client and CBRE teams on site safety and procedures.
• Coordinate certifications and standardisation across CBRE sites.

Responsibilities

• Run Health & Safety meetings and align local program with corporate standards.
• Line manage part of the engineering team and handle on‑call escalation.
• Create or validate scope of service (SoS) and maintenance strategies per equipment type.
• Drive maintenance improvements toward condition‑based maintenance across the site.
• Develop asset lifecycle programs for multi‑year investments and client coordination.
• Modify and create processes for service delivery, readiness, safety and compliance.
• Manage contract financial plans, revenue delivery, WIP reduction and cost control.
• Represent the site in CERMTM and coordinate incident investigations when needed.
