Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London - Heathrow is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the data centre shift, ensuring preventive maintenance and reactive works on building services systems within a contracted site.

The role requires an HV qualification and Authorised Person status, with responsibility for safety, quality records, subcontractor management, and close collaboration with the client to uphold CBRE's standards.

Qualifications

• HV qualification and Authorised Person status required.
• Experience in managing building services and 24/7 shift operations.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations and PM/Reactive works.
• Maintain records for Health & Safety, electrical installs, and QA.
• Liaise with client and maintain professional CBRE image.
• Ensure permits, risk assessments, and method statements are prepared.
• Provide cover for Shift Manager/Technician when needed.
• Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met.
